Dance-&-Learn Parties always include beginner mini-classes in all
of the social dance styles, such as Ballroom, Salsa, Swing, Disco/Hustle,
C/W, the social Latin dances and more, as well as beginner and intermediate
Argentine Tango classes in the second studio from 9 - 9:45pm. All of
this followed by an Argentine Tango beginner/intermediate milonga in
studio B.
Dance-&-Learn Parties start at 7:00pm, with the Tango classes
and milonga continuing in the second studio while the Ballroom, Latin
& Swing dancing take place in studio A at the same time. Join us
monthly at the Chevy Chase Ballroom & DanceSport Center.

Format
for the Chevy Chase Ballroom Saturday evening non-holiday dance parties:
7:00pm Beginner mini-classes and dancing in the Ballroom, Latin &
Swing dances followed
by Ballroom, Latin, Salsa & Swing dance music with teacher assistance
available until 11:00pm. Plus
"Dancing with
the DC Stars"
mini-dance
competitions open to everyone (winners are chosen by audience applause,
so invite your most loud and obnoxious friends)
9:00pm - 9:45pm Beginner and intermediate Argentine Tango mini-classes
in the second studio taught by Terry Chasteen (beginners) and a second
teacher (intermediates) followed by an Argentine Tango milonga with
