The Chevy Chase Ballroom & DanceSport Center,
5207 Wisc Ave., NW, Washington DC. South on Wisconsin Avenue (355) from
495 through Bethesda to the DC line. Continue South several blocks to Harrison
and Wisconsin on the left between Jennifer St and Harrison St. Park behind
the Bank of America at Harrison & Wisconsin when, but only the bank
is closed.
OR
North on Wisconsin Avenue from Georgetown to 5207 just past Fox 5 at Harrison
& Wisconsin.
(Located above Paul's Liquor, 1/2 block South of the Jennifer St. exit of
the Friendship Heights red line Metro. Usually plenty of free parking available
at the adjacent Bank of America at Harrison and Wisconsin during non-banking
hours).
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION UPDATE
AT THE CHEVY CHASE BALLROOM:
1) 14 spaces are available at the East end of the Bank Of America parking
lot during non-banking hours,
2) 10 or more spaces available directly under the ballroom after 9pm when
Paul's Liquor closes,
3) 13 spaces directly across the street at the BB&T Bank, including
2 handicapped spaces (also during non-banking hours),
4) Metro is 3 minutes away at the Jennifer St exit of the Friendship Hts
red line,
5) The 30 line Metro bus stops directly across the street into the wee hours
to Georgetown and all the way through downtown DC to Capitol Hill.
6) Plenty of parking is also available along Harrison St and on the next
block East along 42nd St behind WTTG Fox 5 News at Harrison, NW.

S of the Jennifer St exit of
the Friendship Heights red line Metro at 5207 Wisc Ave, NW, Washington DC
20015.

Free parking is often available during non-banking hours next door at the
intersection of
Harrison St, NW and Wisc Ave, NW. Drive East onto Harrison and left into
the
Bank Of America lot. Signs say they'll tow, but only during banking hours.
We are
also across the street of the 30 bus line from Friendship Heights to Capitol
Hill.
(All classes and dance party locations are smoke-free and at or very near red line Metro stations)
Cost for most classes at The Chevy Chase Ballroom: $12-15 per class ($10. for students with full-time ID), with a discount for two classes on the same day or $95 for purchase of a 10-class card ($80. for students with full-time ID) which can be used for any of Terry's Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Classes at The Chevy Chase Ballroom. The 10-class card may be used for any combination of Salsa, Ballroom, Latin, Country/Western, Disco/Hustle and Swing classes taught specifically by Terry at The Chevy Chase Ballroom. Singles and couples as well as same-gender couples and the sight and hearing-impaired are all welcome and encouraged in all classes and events.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend any of the classes and dance events, including both singles and couples, as well as same-gender couples and the seeing and hearing impaired. You need not come with a partner...But you NEED to COME!! Absolutely no previous dance experience necessary for most of the classes, unless indicated as a Beginner + or intermediate level class)
